About Our Pastor…
Rev. Frank Lybrand
Rev. Frank Lybrand, “retired” in June 2019 as Senior Pastor of Carteret Street United Methodist Church in Beaufort. In September 2019, he joined St. Andrew as an Associate Pastor, assisting in worship three Sundays each month and works two other days weekly providing congregational care and other support functions of the church. Rev. Lybrand has spent more than 35 years serving churches in the South Carolina Annual Conference and is a wonderful addition to our staff at St. Andrew By-The-Sea, now serving as our interim pastor until July 2023.
